Things To Know, FAQs For Life Is Beautiful 2023
Las Vegas’ favorite festival Life is Beautiful is almost here!
It’s time to start planning for your festival activities. So, here are a few things you should know before going to LIB.
You should start receiving your wristbands starting the first week of September, according to LIB’s website. Tickets purchased before Sept. 8 will be shipped directly to the address you provided. However, you must pick up your wristband at the festival’s box office.
The box office is located at the Downtown Grand inside of the Fremont Ballroom. The Downtown Grand is located at 206 N 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Hours for Life Is Beautiful box office are below:
- Wednesday, September 20: 12–7pm
- Thursday, September 21: 12–7pm
- Friday, September 22: 12–11pm
- Saturday, September 23: 12–11pm
- Sunday, September 24: 12–11pm
If you haven’t received your ticket by festival week (and you purchased it before Sept. 8) you MUST contact Front Gate Tickets by clicking here. Try to be proactive with this and don’t wait the last minute to start asking questions if you haven’t received your ticket.
Come Out To Our Pool Party!
Also did you know: 102.7 VGS will be hosting the OFFICIAL Life is Beautiful Pool Party on Saturday, Sept. 23. RSVP before it’s too late here. Space is limited, and we’re almost filled to capacity.
There is a bag policy for Life Is Beautiful.
ALLOWED
- Clear bags or backpacks
- Small bags up to 6” x 8” x 3” (these don’t have to be clear)
- Hydration packs emptied of all liquid and no MORE than 2.5L/150 cubic inches
NOT ALLOWED
- All other backpacks and large bags that are over 6” x 8” x 3”
- Drawstring bags
- Hydration packs on REGULAR-SIZED backpacks
There will not be lockers at the festival. But, you can rent a portable charger if your phone starts running out of juice. And trust us, there’s nothing worst than having a dead phone during a music festival.
The Parking Situation
Parking will be a hassle. Your best bet will be getting an Uber or Lyft to the festival. The festival recommends getting the Park & Ride Shuttle pass for the weekend. This way, you can have secure and guaranteed parking. But, there are also a few spots down Fourth Street closer to the Freeway that you may be able to snag. Also, be sure to check out Bridger Avenue, 6th Street, and that surrounding area. HOWEVER, we will warn you that there will be no security at these spots. And considering it’s a festival weekend, car jackings are another issue to be mindful of.
CONCLUDING THOUGHTS
In order to have the best festival weekend, we have a few tips to make sure you get the MOST out of Life Is Beautiful.
- STAY HYDARTED! Alcohol, sun and music: It’s Vegas’ weapon, and it often takes people down. Be sure to stay hydrated. There will be hydration stations all throughout the festival, and LIB encourages people to bring their own refillable water bottle.
- PUT THAT SPF ON: It’s still hot and sticky in Las Vegas during September. Don’t underestimate the Las Vegas sun and be sure to wear sun protection like hats and don’t be afraid to slather that sun screen on!
- THAT BEING SAID . . . CHECK THE WEATHER APP: Do yourself a favor and just check the weather app before hitting the festival. You can never be too prepared.
- TAKE BREAKS: Don’t be afraid to take breaks. You need to stay hydrated, and don’t forget to eat! It’s okay to even head back to the hotel for a few hours, cool off then hit the festival again for another round of great music.
