Carrie Underwood Is Recovering After Suffering Injury
Carrie Underwood is recovering today after a bad fall outside her home in Nashville.
The country star fell on the steps leading up to her house on Friday evening, causing her to break her wrist.
She also suffered some bruises and cuts during the ordeal.
A report in The Tennessean indicated that Underwood’s husband, Mike Fisher, was not home at the time the incident occurred. However, upon learning of the news, he rushed to Nashville to be with his wife.
Underwood was taken to the hospital and is now at home resting.
Earlier today, she took to Twitter to thank her fans and husband.
Get well soon, Carrie!
Thanks so much for all the well wishes everybody...I’ll be alright...might just take some time...glad I’ve got the best hubby in the world to take care of me.
